WE ARE UPDATING OUR POLICIES
As our company continues to grow, we are updating and implementing new policies to ensure our daily operations align with our growth and, of course, to better meet our customers' needs.
1. We will no longer open subscriptions to the general public at the end of every year. Instead, we will offer any open spots to everyone on our WAITING LIST. We will send out invites at the end of this month, and the next round of invites will be sent before the year ends.
Customers who have current subscriptions do not need to worry about their 2027 subscriptions, as theirs will continue to renew until canceled.
2. We will implement an EARLY ACCESS period and offer it to our subscribers. Once the sale to subscribers is complete, the sale will be open to the general public.
During the Early Access window, subscriber purchases are limited to 2 copies per person. Additional copies may be purchased once the general sale opens.
3. We are currently working on English Subscriptions with a planned launch in 2027. Subscription spots will be offered first to our existing subscribers
GENERAL UPDATE INFO:
1. Changed your mind? We offer a 7-day cancellation window for any subscription renewals or extra boxes. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase, and we will happily process a full refund.
Any requests to cancel or reverse said transactions after the 7-day timeframe will not be processed.
However, we can accept cancellations for extra boxes after the given timeframe for shipping has passed.
As a growing company, we are working hard to improve our services so we can scale operations and adapt to customer demands.
