Returns and Withdrawals

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the Consumer Customer by sending, within 14 days, the following:

• An explicit statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract via email to dreamerwhaleboxes@gmail.com.

The withdrawal communication must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (there is no need to specify the reasons) and the product(s) for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

Dreamerwhale will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal by sending an email to the email address provided during the purchase procedure on the Website.

In accordance with Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products that are custom-made or clearly personalized, or products that are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly. Furthermore, withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery (Article 59, letter i) of the Consumer Code).

Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen days from the day the Consumer Customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts. The product must be delivered to the following address: Dreamerwhale, Via Guglielmo Marconi 272, 30022 Ceggia (VE).

The only costs owed by the Consumer Customer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request is received, Dreamerwhale will refund the full amount paid by the Consumer Customer within fourteen days from the date the Consumer Customer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the amount back to the bank account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Customer in the withdrawal communication, and in any case, using the same payment method used by the Consumer Customer at the time of purchase. Dreamerwhale reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal, or until the Consumer Customer has proven that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

If the methods, conditions, and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the Consumer Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. In this case, the Consumer Customer may recover the product at their own expense in the condition in which it was returned to Dreamerwhale. Otherwise, Dreamerwhale may retain the returned products, along with all amounts already paid by the Consumer Customer for the related purchase. Shipping and transportation costs are borne by the Consumer Customer.
